2017 Cadillac Escalade Price, Specs | 2017 / 2018 Release

Cadillac is all set to release
a new edition of Escalade in 2017. The manufacturer plans to add many great
improvements to the 2017 Cadillac Escalade, both in the exterior and interior.

Exterior
& Interior
Without a doubt, the latest
version will have some significant improvements on the exterior. This, however,
doesn’t mean that Cadillac will come out with a differently-looking Escalade in
2017. Far from it, the US manufacturer will use the same trademark design of
its predecessor, a design that will lend the 2017 Cadillac Escalade a modern,
masculine, and attractive feel. The front bumper as well as the exhaust system
at the rear will get a touchup.

Making the new Escalade more
irresistible are its 20-inch chrome wheels, automated LED lighting at the
front, self-parking technology, keyless ignition, hands-free liftgate, tri-zone
automatic, power folding system, auto dimming enabled side mirrors, and
telescoping wheel. The SUV features an extended wheelbase, so leg room will be
adequate.
The interiors will have
power-adjustable pedals, telescoping wheel, and top-quality upholstery and
leather finishing. The latest model comes equipped with 4-screen infotainment
system, real-time website traffic, audio system (surround sound), GPS system,
CD gamer, USB connectivity, satellite HD radio, and Bose speaker stereo.
Engine
& Performance
The 2017 Cadillac Escalade is
said to have a better engine under the hood than its predecessor. Speculation
is that it will feature a 6.2 liter V8 engine which will produce a maximum
output of 420 horsepower and torque of pound-feet. It will also have a 6-speed
auto transmission with RWD or AWD.
In the sports edition you will
find twin turbo charged V6 3.6 liter engine. It will have a maximum output of
420 horsepower. Combining with this engine will be all-new 9-speed automatic
transmission. Expect the model to have low fuel consumption.
The standard model will feature
regular safety features such as stability control system, anti-locking disk
breaking system, advanced automatic collision notification, rearview car
camera, and side bags. You can also have an on-demand roadside assistance if
you want in the basic model.
Additional features in the
luxury trim include automatic high beam, a blind spot monitor, lane departure
warning system, forward collision mitigation system, and cross-traffic alert
system.

Price
& Release

For the range and quality of
features that the 2017 Cadillac Escalade offers, its price tag is reasonable.
The basic model will cost you $75,000 while the premium, fully-loaded model
carries a price tag of about $94,000. As per the latest information about the
release date, the newest edition will hit the US roads anywhere between the
last quarter of 2016 and the first quarter of 2017. Expect a lot of buzz around
this premium SUV offering from the esteemed US manufacturer as the latest
version gets released.
